Triple Workout Yesterday

AM:
Ab-wheel rollouts 5x8, no rest at bottom (much easier this way)

PM:
ANGIE (24:13, Phil, your tears taste delicious, I'll retrieve those 10 points. Thanks)
and then
Kettlebell class. Kept it light, going back down to the 50 lb. bell.

Cry, Phil. Cry many tears.

  1. Those of us who cannot do 100 pullups continue to wait for the "modified" (as promised for the ladies" version... Not that it's January anymore.

    And Hannah, I guess we don't have enough volume for weekly challenges. No worries on January.

    Let's just keep this as a log with monthly challenges. I enjoy reading everyone's posts. Let's all get together and do a workout in February!

  3. Hey Hannah, check out your excel spreadsheet. On one of the sheets, there are modifications for pullup-less versions. They incorporate upright rows I believe.
