Mental Health Day
Took today off from work.
AM: Chin-ups, 8,8,6,6,4,4,2,2 with 30 seconds of shadow boxing between each set then Alternate-grip pull-ups 2,2,4,4,6,6 then pushups 25,30,35,40,45,50.
